JobGet
JobGet is on a mission to revolutionise job searching for hourly workers by making the process fast, seamless, and mobile-first. Jabrik & Floon collaborated with the product and design team to refine the jobseeker onboarding experience, ensuring users could quickly create profiles and start applying for jobs without friction or unnecessary delays. Additionally, we optimised job discovery, making it easier for users to find opportunities based on employer, location, and proximity—key factors for hourly workers.
App design

We took a user-first approach, mapping out the pain points in the existing job search experience and identifying opportunities to make the process more intuitive. Our focus was on reducing barriers to entry—minimising the number of steps required to set up a profile, improving data entry flows, and ensuring key information like job preferences and availability could be entered effortlessly.
For job discovery, we worked on enhancing search filters, allowing users to browse jobs by employer, role type, and most importantly, proximity. Given that most hourly workers rely on local opportunities, we refined the experience to surface the most relevant positions with minimal effort.
The final designs prioritised clarity and speed. The onboarding flow was streamlined with a conversational UI, guiding jobseekers through profile creation in just a few taps. Smart defaults and predictive inputs helped reduce friction, while a clean, visually engaging interface made the process feel effortless.
For job discovery, we introduced a card-based design that highlighted key job details at a glance, ensuring users could quickly compare options and apply instantly. Personalised recommendations, employer pages, and location-based filtering helped create a job search experience tailored to each user’s needs.
