Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand, was evolving rapidly, expanding its digital presence and commerce operations. Jabrik & Floon partnered with the team to upgrade the website, refine the e-commerce experience, enhance email communications, and optimise sales funnels. Our approach involved a deep dive into Goop’s brand identity, user behaviour, and business goals. We worked on refining the website architecture, improving product discovery, and streamlining the shopping experience. We also overhauled email campaigns and sales funnels to ensure a more personalised and engaging connection with Goop’s audience.
One particularly amusing moment during the project was when Gwyneth Paltrow herself remarked that our initial designs were “too masculine”—a great reminder that every pixel needed to reflect the brand’s signature softness and sophistication.
The updated designs focused on clean typography, airy layouts, and a refined colour palette to capture Goop’s aspirational yet approachable aesthetic. We ensured the shopping experience felt curated and intuitive, allowing products and editorial content to blend seamlessly. The email templates and sales funnels were redesigned to maintain consistency across touchpoints, reinforcing Goop’s distinctive voice.
